The races we produce for run from a school board or water district seat mailing a couple of thousand households up to congressional campaigns across multiple counties. City council, mayor, community college board, county supervisor, judicial, Assembly, State Senate and ballot measure committees fall in between. All of them go through the same production controls and get the same list processing and tracking, and any of them can add piece-level camera verification.

Orange County campaign work has included races in Anaheim, Santa Ana, Irvine, Huntington Beach, Garden Grove, Costa Mesa, Orange, Buena Park, Mission Viejo, Aliso Viejo, Lake Forest, San Clemente, Westminster, Stanton, Placentia, Yorba Linda, Laguna Hills and La Habra.

Orange County has no dominant municipal center, which changes how campaign mail is planned. A county supervisorial district crosses six or seven cities with different local issues; an Assembly district can pair coastal San Clemente with inland Lake Forest. Versioning by city or community is normal here, and because a version is a data field, eight variants of a mailer cost the same to produce as one.

Orange County is served by the Santa Ana processing facility. For most Orange County mailings the shortest path is entry there rather than locally in San Diego, and for larger drops the transport pays for itself in delivery days. Below a certain volume it does not, and we will say so rather than bill for a truck that buys nothing.

Yard signs, bumper stickers, door hangers, palm cards, walk pieces, push cards, banners and campaign apparel are produced in the same run as the mail, on the same purchase order and the same schedule. We print the mail and the field material to the same artwork, so a yard sign on a Huntington Beach lawn matches the mailer that reached the neighbors that week.

Most Orange County contests are municipal and district races the county press barely covers: city council seats, school and community college boards, water and sanitation districts. These are frequently decided by a few hundred votes across a universe of ten to thirty thousand households, which makes list accuracy disproportionately valuable. A mailing that misses a precinct, or duplicates a household while skipping its neighbor, is a measurable share of the winning margin rather than a rounding error. That is the case for piece-level verification on a small race as well as a congressional one.

An Orange County district frequently pairs communities with different concerns: San Clemente and Dana Point on the coast against Lake Forest and Mission Viejo inland, or the dense older cities of the north county against master-planned communities to the south. Where the message needs to differ, we version it by community from the voter file inside one production run.

A clean file, approved artwork and a standard postcard can go from final approval to postal entry in a small number of business days. List work, versions that each need their own proof cycle, and finishing add time. USPS transit cannot be compressed, so we build the schedule backward from the in-home date and give you the file deadline before you commit.
