From the first quote to the final postal report, the workflow is organized around your job, and the client relationship stays yours. When the data work is the hard part, it stays with us: review a complex list-engineering project completed without a separate data-vendor handoff.

- Switched on per account. Proofs, Mailing Blueprint reports, estimates and job notifications carry your name; Plavidian branding is hidden on what the client sees. Shared proof and tracking links show no Plavidian branding either.
- Blind shipping, delivery or will call
- Choose per job: drop-shipped straight to your client with no Plavidian paperwork in the box, delivered, or held for will call at the plant. Your client can receive the shipping notice with tracking, the pickup instructions, or the out-for-delivery email with its tracking link, as an extra recipient, without seeing our name.
- End client and campaign on every job
- Each job records the end client and the campaign it belongs to, so your own records line up with ours, invoices and reports sort by client, and reorders find the right art.
- Company accounts
- Several users under one parent account: a partner and their production staff share the same jobs, Saved Art Library, Blueprint Log, proofs and invoices. A pricing note on the account records any standing arrangement.
- Saved Art / Reorder Library
- Campaign art is saved by client, product and size. Repeat drops start from the approved file, and multi-product orders go in as one order with one shipment and one invoice.
- Political mail handling
- Mail owners, permits, political campaign mail tags, USPS documentation and postal reports are organized around the job. Franked and official mail programs run through the same workflow.

- Run any list before you quote it: postage at USPS Notice 123 rates, carrier-route density, pallet and workshare discounts, a drop-shipment plan priced by weight with transit days, in-home dates and a map. Set the drop-shipment amounts you pass through, then generate the report under your name.
- Plavidian Studio™
- Design or correct a piece in the browser with bleed, safe zone and the USPS address panel built in, CMYK color throughout, and your client's permit imprint filed to your account. Save to the job or the Art Library.
- Artwork Prepress
- Preflight every client file in seconds (trim, bleed, safe zone, 300 dpi, RGB, ink and overprint) and fix it in place: crop marks stripped, RGB and spot colors converted, images up-converted. Save the fixed file back to the job.
- Instant pricing and custom estimates
- Print products, mailing services and postage price live in the job builder. Anything outside the catalog gets a custom estimate you can convert to jobs in one step, one job per product.
- Proofs your client can approve
- Share a proof link: your client opens it without an account, turns the piece in 3D, must review both sides, and approves it or requests changes with a note. Proofs can also be created without a job, for a piece that is still being sold.
- Tracking and reporting you can forward
- Plavidian Insight™ piece-level USPS tracking with white-label share links, camera verification on the addressing line as an add-on, and a signed Assurance report at the end of each camera-verified mailing.

Send jobs from your own system
The Plavidian Partner API accepts a job with its product, quantity, list and artwork from your ordering system, returns the job number and status, and posts webhook events whenever the job's status or payment changes: proof ready, approved, in production, shipped, paid. Credentials are issued per partner; deliveries are retried until your endpoint acknowledges them.

Frequently asked questions
What does a consultant / broker account change?
Your account is switched to Broker / Consultant Mode by Plavidian. Every job then carries an end-client and campaign field, blind shipping and white-label handling are on by default where you want them, Plavidian branding can be hidden on what the client sees, and you can edit the drop-shipment amounts on a Mailing Blueprint before the report is generated. Ask for it when you register or email info@plavidian.com.
What does the end client actually see?
Whatever you send them. Proofs, Blueprint reports, estimates and notifications carry your name when white-label mode is on; shared proof and Insight links show no Plavidian branding; blind shipments leave here with no Plavidian paperwork in the box. Our name stays on the invoice to you.
Can my client approve a proof without an account?
Yes. Share a proof link and they open it in a browser, turn the piece in 3D, are required to look at both sides, and approve it or request changes with a note. You and Plavidian are notified either way. Proofs can also be created without a job at all, for a piece that is still being sold.
How does pricing work for brokers?
You see our price in the job builder and quote your client at yours. A pricing note on your account records any standing arrangement, and custom estimates cover anything outside the catalog. Postage is passed through at the USPS statement amount; drop-shipment freight is shown on the Blueprint and can be set to the figure you pass through.
Can I ship to my client directly?
Yes. Blind shipping is a per-job setting: drop shipment straight to your client, delivery, or will call at our plant. The end client can receive the shipping notice with tracking, or the pickup instructions, without seeing anything from us.
Can my team share one account?
Yes. A company account holds multiple users under one parent, so a partner and their production staff see the same jobs, art library, Blueprint log and invoices.
Do you have an API?
Yes. The Plavidian Partner API accepts jobs and files from your own system, returns status, and posts webhook events for status and payment changes. API credentials are issued on request.
