How it works
Straight answers before you order
Quantities
Standard quantities start as low as the product allows (many products from 100 pieces; some, like business cards, from 250). Custom quantities are available on request, and the Job Builder shows the quantities available for each product as you configure it.
Pickup & shipping
Will-call pickup at our Vista facility is free, with a barcode pickup workflow so anyone you send can collect the order. Local delivery and shipping are available at cost, quoted before the job runs.
Turnaround
Production time starts after proof approval, and the builder shows an estimated completion date when you order. Rush production is available on many products; ask before you commit to an event date.
Artwork help
Upload print-ready PDFs and we preflight them for bleed, resolution, and clear-zone problems automatically. Not print-ready? Design help is available; just describe what you need on the quote form.
Mailing to your list
Upload a spreadsheet and we standardize the addresses, remove duplicates, and prepare the mailing. You see the list analysis and the postage estimate before anything mails.
Pricing
Common products price instantly in the Job Builder. Anything custom, oversized, or unusual gets a human quote, usually the same business day.
