How It Works
Destination entry, planned before the job prints
USPS rates reward mail that skips postal legs. A mailing produced in Vista can be trucked to the network distribution center or sectional center facility serving its recipients and entered there, earning destination-entry pricing and starting its postal journey where the recipients live.
Presort by destination
List processing sorts the mailing by where it delivers, so pieces bound for Sacramento, the Bay Area, or the East Coast are prepared as their own destination-bound containers.
Drop shipment plan

eInduction at the dock
Containers arrive with electronic documentation already filed. eInduction replaces paper drop-shipment forms with barcode scans at the receiving facility, part of our USPS Full-Service preparation.
Tracking from entry
Once inducted, Intelligent Mail barcodes report scans as pieces move, so a mailing entered up north is as visible in Track and Trace as one entered down the street.

For a dated mailing, logistics planning means working backward: the in-home window sets the entry date at each facility, the entry dates set the truck schedule, and the truck schedule sets the production slot.
