Accessibility Statement
Last updated: July 25, 2026. Plavidian is committed to providing websites, digital tools, documents, customer-service channels, and services that are accessible to people with disabilities.
Our commitment
Plavidian is committed to providing websites, digital tools, documents, customer-service channels, and services that are accessible to people with disabilities. We seek to provide an inclusive experience for customers, prospective customers, employees, vendors, consultants, and members of the public.
Accessibility standard
Plavidian's goal is to design and maintain its public website and core customer interfaces in substantial conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, currently using WCAG 2.1 Level AA as the baseline standard. Accessibility is an ongoing process. Technology, content, third-party integrations, user needs, and accessibility standards continue to evolve, and some content may not yet fully conform in every circumstance.
Measures we take
Accessibility measures may include semantic page structure and headings; keyboard-accessible navigation and controls; visible keyboard focus; text alternatives for meaningful images; form labels and instructions; sufficient color contrast; resizable text and responsive layouts; descriptive links and buttons; captions or transcripts for applicable multimedia; accessible error identification; testing with automated and manual methods; review of new features and templates; remediation of reported barriers; and consideration of accessibility when selecting third-party tools.
Job Control Center and mailing tools
Plavidian works to make the Job Control Center and Mailing Intelligence Center usable with common browsers, keyboards, screen readers, magnification tools, and other assistive technologies. Some production files, customer-supplied artwork, complex postal reports, maps, charts, previews, PDFs, third-party widgets, or legacy content may present accessibility limitations. Upon request, Plavidian will make reasonable efforts to provide information in an alternative accessible format when technically feasible and when doing so does not fundamentally alter the service.
Customer-supplied content
Customers are responsible for the accessibility and legal compliance of content, artwork, PDFs, documents, websites, QR-code destinations, and other materials they provide for printing or distribution. Plavidian does not automatically review customer-supplied material for compliance with the ADA, California accessibility law, Section 508, WCAG, accessible-document standards, language-access requirements, or other accessibility obligations unless accessibility review is expressly included in the order.
Third-party content
Some features may be supplied by third parties, including payment services, map services, embedded media, authentication systems, data providers, postal services, or document viewers. Plavidian does not control every aspect of third-party accessibility, but we welcome reports of barriers and will work with the provider or offer a reasonable alternative where feasible.
Assistance and alternative access
Users who have difficulty accessing information, completing a form, using an online tool, reviewing a document, or managing an order may contact Plavidian for assistance. Please identify the page, tool, document, or function involved; the nature of the accessibility barrier; the preferred accessible format or method of communication; and contact information for a response. Plavidian will make reasonable efforts to respond promptly and provide effective communication or an accessible alternative.
Feedback and remediation
We welcome accessibility feedback. Reported barriers will be evaluated based on severity, number of users affected, availability of an immediate alternative, technical complexity, third-party dependencies, and the time reasonably required for remediation. Providing feedback will not affect a person's ability to obtain services.
No waiver of rights
This Accessibility Statement describes Plavidian's accessibility commitment and remediation process. It does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
Updates
This statement may be updated as accessibility practices, standards, technology, and services evolve.
