Turnaround & Delivery
Dates you can plan around
Standard print-only work typically turns in 4-5 business days from approval, and postcards run faster. When the order mails, USPS entry is planned into the schedule from the start: presort, Full-Service electronic documentation, and drop shipping that trucks pieces closer to their destination before they enter the mail. Tell us the in-hands or in-home date and we build the schedule backward from it. See turnaround times
Why Businesses Pick Us
Print, mail and planning from one shop
Camera verification for mailings
Add camera verification to a mailing and cameras read every piece on the line and reconcile the run to your list. For statements, compliance notices, and revenue campaigns, that is the difference between believing the run completed and knowing it did. How it works
Print and mail from one provider
No handoff between the printer and the mail house: one order, one schedule, one accountable production record from artwork to USPS acceptance.

Questions
Commercial printing FAQs
What does commercial printing turnaround look like?
Standard print-only work typically turns in 4-5 business days from artwork approval, with postcards among the fastest products on the floor. A 2-day rush is available on certain products up to a set quantity, so share the in-hands date and we work backward from it.
Can you print and mail in one order?
Yes, that is the core of the operation: the same order can be printed, addressed, presorted, and entered with USPS as Full-Service mail, with postage optimized from your actual list before anything prints.
What is camera verification and why would a commercial buyer care?
It is an add-on for a mailing job: cameras on the production line read every piece and reconcile the run to the list. For a commercial mailer that means proof the whole run was produced and reconciled to your list, which matters for compliance notices, statements, and any campaign where a silent shortfall costs revenue.
Do you serve businesses outside Vista?
