PLAVIDIAN IMPRESSION™

Plavidian Impression™: Managed USPS Informed Delivery Campaigns

With a USPS Informed Delivery® campaign, your image and link appear with the preview of your printed piece in each subscriber's daily email, so one mailing makes a physical impression and a digital one. Plavidian handles eligibility, ride-along creative, campaign setup, and reporting inside your Plavidian account.

Informed Delivery® is a registered service of the United States Postal Service®. Plavidian Impression™ is Plavidian's service for preparing and managing those campaigns and is not affiliated with or endorsed by USPS.

Informed Delivery adds a digital impression to eligible physical mail. Subscribers can see mail previews in the USPS Daily Digest, and business mailers may add campaign images and a clickable URL.

Plavidian Impression™

A digital preview alongside the printed piece

Pair the physical piece with a synchronized digital preview in the recipient's email and USPS dashboard, and measure the response through your campaign link.

  • Higher-than-average email open rates
  • Multiple impressions from a single mailpiece
  • USPS reports on opens and clicks

How it works

What subscribers see and what a campaign includes

Subscribers see a grayscale image of each letter-size mailpiece in the USPS Daily Digest (flats are not imaged, so a campaign supplies a representative image). Business mailers can pair that preview with a full-color ride-along image and a clickable campaign URL.

  • Brand Display Name: shown to the recipient in the USPS experience.
  • Campaign Title / Code: internal reporting and campaign organization.
  • Representative Image: full-color image used when applicable, and required for flats, which USPS does not scan the way it scans letters.
  • Ride-Along Image: clickable call-to-action graphic displayed with the mailpiece.
  • Target URL: HTTPS landing page for response tracking.
