Programs we produce

The full development mail calendar

Fundraising appeals

Letter packages with reply devices and remittance envelopes, from single-drop appeals to segmented multi-version campaigns with variable ask strings computed from giving history.

Acquisition & renewals

Donor acquisition to licensed or exchanged lists, renewal and lapsed-donor series, and membership mail, with suppression against your house file and prior mailings.

Newsletters & reports

Newsletters, annual reports, event invitations, and planned-giving communications, printed and mailed on a recurring schedule under one standing job record.

Data work

Donor data, handled carefully

Householding

One appeal reaches Bob & Sue Smith instead of two, with salutation logic preserved.

Deduplication

Merge/purge across house, acquisition, and event lists before a single piece prints.

NCOA & suppression

NCOA processing to identify qualifying change-of-address records, plus do-not-mail and deceased suppression.

Data privacy

Your donor file is used for your mailing and nothing else. Plavidian does not use customer project data to build independent marketing databases.

USPS nonprofit prices

Nonprofit postage, accurately qualified

Nonprofit postage prices can substantially reduce campaign cost, but eligibility is not automatic. Whether a mailing qualifies depends on USPS authorization for the organization, mail ownership, the content and purpose of the mailing, the permit and payment method used, and current USPS rules. Plavidian reviews each mailing against those requirements before entry and prepares the supporting documentation, so a piece is never entered at a price it cannot defend.

Authorization

Mailing at nonprofit prices requires USPS nonprofit authorization for the mail owner. If your organization is not yet authorized, we can walk you through the application before your first mailing.

Content review

Cooperative mail, advertising content, and premiums each carry specific USPS restrictions at nonprofit prices. We flag content questions at intake, not at the acceptance unit.

Documentation

Postage statements, qualification reports, and entry documentation are archived in your job record, with camera verification available on qualifying jobs.
