What a Full-Service Certified MSP is
A USPS Full-Service Certified Mail Service Provider is a mailer the USPS has verified to prepare, submit, and track bulk commercial mail to required standards. Certified providers use unique Intelligent Mail barcodes (IMb) and electronic documentation (eDoc), which support applicable automation and destination-entry postage rates for qualifying mail and scan-based visibility once it enters the mailstream.
