Plavidian Sentry™ Camera Verification Add-On for Direct Mail

Plavidian Sentry™ is piece-level camera verification inside your Plavidian account, offered as an add-on you choose per job for letter-size mail. With it, every piece is read as it is addressed, matched against your list, and reconciled before the job leaves the floor.

As each piece runs, Cognex machine-vision cameras read it and verify it against the job's expected list. A piece that does not read cleanly, or does not match what should be there, is automatically diverted for controlled recovery and reprint.

    Cameras read the address and barcode data on each piece as it runs, at production speed.

    Each read is matched to the expected print file bound to that job, not to a generic count.

  4. Controlled recovery
