Vinyl Bumper Stickers

A vinyl bumper sticker keeps working for months after it leaves your hands, on a tailgate, a water bottle, a laptop, or a storefront window, as long as it is built for outdoor use. Ours are printed on vinyl, not paper, with UV-stable ink and a permanent adhesive, so they stay put and stay bright where a paper sticker would fade, curl, and peel within a season.

Stock is the first decision, and there are two. White Vinyl is the default: a bright, opaque base that makes full-color art punch and reads clean in daylight. Reflective Vinyl trades some of that flat brightness for a surface that lights up when headlights or a flashlight hit it, which is what you want on vehicle glass, fleet and safety markings, or anything meant to be seen after dark. Both are true outdoor films, so the choice is about how the piece needs to read, not whether it will survive.

The UV Laminate is a clear film laid over the printed face; it takes the abrasion, the sun, and the car wash so the ink underneath does not, and it is the right call for anything that lives on a vehicle or outdoors. Choosing None keeps the cost down for short-run, indoor, or promotional stickers where a laminate is overkill. Either way the art prints 4/0 full color on the front only; the back is the adhesive, so there is no second side to design.

Beyond the classic 3 x 11 bumper size, the shorter 3 x 7.5, and the 4 x 6 decal, we contour-cut to any custom outline on a digital finisher, so a die-cut silhouette runs at the same setup with no tooling charge. What the cut demands in return is a safe area: keep text and logos held in from the die line, because a stack cut to shape never lands on the exact same thousandth twice, and a slogan that runs to the edge can lose a letter. Preflight checks the die line, the safe margin, and the bleed before anything runs.

Reorders start from the saved artwork sized to the exact trim it ran on, so the second printing matches the first.

Bumper stickers are a finished handout, not a mailpiece, so there is no address block, barcode zone, or postage in play; the whole front is yours to design edge to edge. We print them 4/0 full color on vinyl here in Vista, cure the UV-stable ink, laminate the ones that call for it, and contour-cut each piece to its die line on a digital finisher rather than with steel tooling, which is why a custom shape carries no die charge. They come off the line already separated and ready to peel, and they leave the same way the rest of your order does: held for will-call pickup, dropped on a local delivery run here in North County, or boxed and shipped to wherever the campaign or the merch table needs them. When stickers ride along with postcards, door hangers, or signs, the same color management sets all of them, so the blue on the bumper matches the blue in the mailbox.
