Pick an area, see who lives there, and what the postage costs.
What it does
Search a city or ZIP, draw an area on the map, or pick a Congressional, State Senate or State Assembly district, and the builder returns the household count for what you selected with the income, homeownership, home value and householder age behind it, plus the postage for that quantity. Filters read the Census distribution tables published for each ZIP area, so one filter is an exact published count; combining filters is labeled an estimate rather than presented as a count.
Why it matters
Most free count tools multiply a household total by a national average and hand back a confident number. A count you can put in front of a client has to name its source.
